Solventeravio B.V. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this policy we explain in plain language which data we collect when you visit our website, the purposes of such processing, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your name, email address and any message you choose to provide. With every visit to the website we additionally process technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of visit and the pages you view.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data are used exclusively for (a) sending the weekly Eco newsletter, (b) maintaining and improving the website, and (c) complying with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Retention
Data of newsletter recipients are retained as long as you remain subscribed. Technical log files are retained for a maximum of twelve months, after which they are anonymised or deleted.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may exercise these rights by sending a message to redactie@solventeravio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss or unlawful processing of personal data, including TLS encryption, access control and regular security audits.
